Publications

  1. NRF shall encourage researchers to publish their result in peer-reviewed international journals of repute.
  2. The publications shall be submitted as part of the Annual Report and/or Completion Report.
  3. The National Research Fund shall be acknowledged in all dissemination materials.
  4. The NRF shall obligate researchers to notify in writing within six months after lapse of project inform them of progress made so far in terms of publications and policy papers arising out of the funded research activities.

  1. The research results will be widely disseminated.
  2. The Fund shall develop and maintain an information system to facilitate sharing of research knowledge and information.
    • The Fund may collaborate with other agencies in dissemination of research information.

  1. The Fund shall promote collaboration between government-researcher-industry.

Monitoring, Evaluation and Impact Assessment

  1. Monitoring and evaluation will be based on detailed targets and milestones provided in project proposals, and on semi-annual and annual reports from grant recipient.
  2. Program evaluations shall be planned when the program is launched, and will focus on project outputs, outcomes, and impacts.
  3. Continuous and end of project monitoring and evaluation shall be undertaken for individual grant projects, portfolio management by the NRF secretariat, and institutional, economic, and social impacts of the NRF.
  4. NRF shall at conclusion of the funded projects/programs conduct impact assessments at organizational and project levels.
