Research proposals evaluation is undertaken by evaluation peer reviewer committees, comprising of national & international subject specialists. The members of the committees shall be drawn from subject specialists nominated by institutions and organized into the Schedules of Sciences. Chairs of the committees shall be appointed on an ad-hoc basis.
